Email Field Validation Is Not Working on the Form Submissions page

Description
1.Log in to the CMS Portal
2.Observe the Login page
3.Enter an invalid email address in the Email field
4.Observe the validation message
Issue
The Email field validation is not functioning correctly. It accepts invalid email formats or does not display an appropriate validation error message

Added validation for the email search field to accept only lowercase input and restrict the maximum length to 255 characters, as entering a complete email address is not required for search functionality.
