Suggested to group rows by district in default view of "By Department" list in District tab
STEPS
1. Login to Dashboard >> Workforce Management
2. Go to Drill-Down Tabs and Select "District Tab"
3. Select "By Department"
4. Verify data displayed in the table displayed
Districts are scattered in different rows.
