Validation error message is not getting displayed when parameter is not entered
STEPS
1. Login as Admin
2. Select any page
3. Select Chart section
4. Add a Bar chart
5. Enter values of x-axis only or y-axis only
5. Verify the error message getting displayed when any parameter is not entered

Implemented a fail-safe for the chart data that automatically checks the JSON for the name and value pairs and correctly assigns them to the X and Y axes.
